Jimmy Julien Briand (born 2 August 1985) is a French former professional footballer. He started his career as a striker, but was later used as a winger, playing in Ligue 1 for Rennes, Lyon, Guingamp and Bordeaux, as well as in the Bundesliga with Hannover 96 in a professional career lasting 20 years.

A graduate of the Clairefontaine academy, Briand was a France youth international at U21 level, and later made five appearances for the France senior national team from 2008 to 2012, making his debut on 11 October 2008 against Romania.[3]
